Jake Dinkins focuses his legal practice on patent litigation. He uses his education and experience in biochemistry and organic chemistry to assist clients in achieving their goals.
Jake has assisted clients with patent drafting and litigation involving pharmaceuticals, cloud software, and telecommunications. He is experienced in handling issues of civil procedure that arise during litigation. Jake has assisted clients in responding to subpoenas, including a client subpoenaed in an Investigation before the U.S. International Trade Commission.
While in law school, Jake taught first year law students legal research and writing. He played on the law school’s hockey team when it won the Golden Gavel.
Jake is a fan of ice hockey and college football. He spends his free time reading and playing video games.
